Refund policy

I accept pieces for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. An item must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact me at jenn@jenndixonjewelry.com if you wish to return or exchange a piece.

Custom orders are not refundable.
